On Swiss Beer Day, we visited a local brewery,
Feldschlösschen, Swiss's leading beer company. Their brewery is in an old castle, hence the name
Feldschlösschen.
Basel used to be the paper making capital. We visited the Paper Museum and made our own paper.
We made a "Three Country Day" where we ate each meal in a different country. We started with breakfast in France at a local patisserie. Then lunch in Germany and dinner back at home in Switzerland.
