Damian's parents came to visit us for about a month over the summer. We did a lot of traveling around Europe (as can be seen in other posts). Here are a few pictures from their time in Basel.

Madeline's Birthday (June 2015)
We celebrated Madeline's 1st birthday in the park (Kannenfeld) that I call our "second living room." We were very lucky with a beautiful day and lots of great company. Damian's mom made all of the banners and animals, turning the park into something magical. Many of Madeline's friends came to play with her and she ran around for hours, giggling and squealing. It was a memorable day.

Paris (June 2015)
With Damian's parents, we jumped on a train to Paris (only 3 hours) and spent a few days in and around the city.
